TEMPO'S PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

All personal training sessions will be 45 minutes

 

Each CERAGEM Rx = 40 minutes

 

                                            Pay as you go -

                                          ($80 per session)

10 – Pack = $650

(10 personal training sessions + 5 CERAGEM Rx treatment and fitness assessment)

($65 per session)

All fitness assessment include the following:

- Blood Pressure

- Body Weight

- Body Fat %

- Resting Heart Rate

- Nutritional Assessment

Note:

10 Pack sessions may be used by more than one person in the same household 

(e.g. husband and wife may split a 10-pack.)
